Holiday Light Up the Night

Main Street Elkader and the Elkader Area Chamber of Commerce have teamed up to create a holiday light display through the Elkader City Campground! 

This will take place November 22nd-December 31, 2024 with special events on the weekends!

We are looking for businesses, families, individuals, memorials, churches, and organizations to sponsor a section of the park to decorate. This is a great way to advertise your business and bring some holiday cheer to the community. 

SPONSOR A SECTION!

Each section measures approximately 10’ x 10’. The cost is $25 per section, and you have the option to purchase up to three consecutive sections if desired.You will be responsible for set up, maintenance, take down, and for any liability that your displays would cause in the event of an accident. We highly recommend putting your displays on pallets for easier set-up and take-down. For energy efficiency we are requiring the use of LED lights. Please mark your extension cords as we are not responsible for lost items. We will supply the timers. 

All donations and section sponsorships allow us to put on special events, purchase new displays, additional lighting supplies, maintenance, etc. Setup for your space will be open from November 1st - November 18th, 2024. Please remove displays no later than January 20th, 2025. If interested in participating, please fill out this form.

EVENT SCHEDULE:

Check out the weekend events schedule here. Volunteering at the gate or an event will give your team additional exposure. A couple examples of places to purchase items include: Amazon, Artistic Holiday Lights, Christmas Done Bright, Big Box Stores, Oriental Trading, Lights for Christmas.
